Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

I was beginning and the guy at the store recomended this bass to me, it was $450 (Australian), including a 20 watt amp.

Very low, very fast action, for all my punk fills. Very well balanced and sits comfortable for hours without any discomfort with a strap.

There should be a greater variety of scratch plate colours to choose from, as I wanted to customise mine and couldn't unless I had to pay some guy to make a completely new plate.

Built like a brick shithouse, I've dropped it and stood on the neck and the only thing it did was go out of tune. Machine heads are great with no jerking and are very smooth.

I would recommend this bass to anyone starting out or even intermesiate players.
